Present detailed candidate shortlist with profiling (reasons for being suitable, drivers and any improvement areas). Coordination of meetings, preparation for all interview stages and re-evaluating candidate and client, questions, concerns, potential red flags.
Manage salary and timeline expectations, provide support and guidance to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
Maintain contact with client and candidate to ensure as smooth a transition and help the candidate make as much of a positive impact as possible.
